Bright and Beautiful

After 3 days of rain and high temps in the 40Fs,

 this Memorial Day awoke to fabulous sunshine!

So what else would I do, but venture out to my balcony to enjoy my hot tea and read a good book while soaking up some rays?!

Northern Wasatch Front - Skywatch Friday

As I am out and about birding in West Weber and Davis Counties in Northern Utah, I am stunned by this sight so I just had to stop and take a picture of the Wasatch Front Mountains.  A layer of low clouds obscure the base of the mountains. This photo has one looking East directly towards Weber Canyon. Ogden, UT is nestled at the base of the mountain on the left with Snowbasin Ski Resort and Mountain Green, UT on the backside; and nestled at the base of the mountain on the right is Layton and Fruit Heights, UT.
